Students must be registered in the CTA website before filling this form.
One student - One form. If you are submitting for multiple students, please submit different forms.
Please provide the email id used for registering your student(s) in CTA website for any email communication.
** Evaluation is tentatively scheduled during the 3rd or 4th week of August. Date is not final yet, we will communicate once the date is finalized.
*** Mode of exam: It might be online or in-person. We are working on finalizing the mode of exam, more inputs will be provided. WhatsApp group will be created and information will be sent to all students registered / qualified for taking the skip grade examination.
