Bring your Check for Payment of school fees, when you come to pickup your textbooks and handbook (see schedule below). Books would be distributed only upon receipt of Payment checks. Your kids won't be able to attend the classes until the payment check information is updated in the CTA website. Use the guidelines below to fill the Check :
One check per Student. DO NOT combine for siblings.

Amount $100 for NEW STUDENTS, who were NOT enrolled with Bharathi Tamil School in 2020-2021 school year. If you had breaks, you are considered as new student
Amount $75 for RETURNING STUDENTS, who were enrolled with Bharathi Tamil School in 2020-2021 school year.
DO NOT WRITE anything on the back side of the Check
** NOTE:
If you have kids in Grades from both the days, you may come on Sep 2nd and collect them.
If you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or have travelled or unavailable at that time, arrange for someone to drop the check and pickup the books.
Please adhere to the schedule below, to avoid over crowding the place.
Masks are required while you are inside the building, regardless of your vaccination status. Follow CDC guidelines on social distancing.
Textbooks for Grade 5 & above are in-transit and available when received. Handbooks are available for pickup, upon payment.
